Unlike sets consisting entirely of ordinary wheel nuts, the MID system provides a specialised locking fastener for each wheel.

The locking nuts require the supplied dedicated key adaptor for removal, providing an additional deterrent against opportunistic wheel theft.

Important Installation Information

Please confirm correct wheel stud threading, wheel seating profile, fixing-hole clearance and sufficient thread engagement before installation.

Fit using a calibrated torque wrench and the appropriate vehicle and wheel manufacturer's torque specification. Do not install using impact tools.

Follow the enclosed MID instructions and recheck wheel nut tightness after approximately 100km.

The security locking design provides theft deterrence but cannot guarantee protection against all methods of removal.
