Complete matched Porsche wheel-spacer kits for later models (usually 1997 onwards) originally fitted with M14×1.5 wheel bolts, converting the car to a motorsport-style screw-in stud-and-nut arrangement.
Each option combines the selected PSR9Line wheel spacers with 90mm M14×1.5 screw-in 10.9 grade wheel studs and matching R14 open-ended wheel nuts. The 90mm stud is the correct stud from our conversion range for spacer-equipped applications up to a maximum of 15mm.
Kit contents
Single axle kit / 2 wheels:
2 × Porsche wheel spacers
10 × 90mm M14×1.5 screw-in wheel studs
10 × M14×1.5 R14 open wheel nuts
Full-car kit / 4 wheels:
4 × Porsche wheel spacers
20 × 90mm M14×1.5 screw-in wheel studs
20 × M14×1.5 R14 open wheel nuts

Why convert from wheel bolts to studs?
- Easier wheel fitting: the wheel and spacer locate onto fixed studs rather than being held in position while the first wheel bolt is started.
- Especially useful with spacers: the studs help keep the wheel and spacer aligned during removal and refitting.
- Useful for frequent wheel changes: ideal for track-day cars, seasonal wheel changes and owners who regularly remove wheels.
- Helps protect hub threads: repeated wheel removal takes place at the stud-and-nut interface rather than repeatedly threading bolts into the hub.
- Visible thread engagement: open-ended nuts make stud engagement easy to inspect.
Porsche fitment
Intended for relevant later Porsche models originally fitted with M14×1.5 wheel bolts. This is a screw-in conversion system and is different from the press-in / push-fit studs used on earlier factory stud-equipped Porsche models.
Original Porsche-style wheels commonly use an R14 ball seat, but aftermarket wheels can use a different seat profile. Always confirm the wheel's required seat type before ordering.
Installation and safety
Wheel fasteners are safety-critical components. Fitment is made by screwing each stud into the hub using the internal M5 hex / Allen drive. Installation should use the correct workshop procedure and appropriate thread-locking method where specified.
Before road use, physically confirm correct stud engagement into the hub, sufficient wheel-nut engagement, correct wheel and spacer seating, rear-side clearance and free wheel rotation with no interference. Use the vehicle and wheel manufacturer's applicable torque requirements.
European-manufactured quality
High-quality European-manufactured wheel hardware selected for fit, finish and durability. The screw-in stud range is 10.9 grade and black galvanised. Production and testing are carried out under a TÜV-certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality-management system.
