Import Duties & Customs Charges

Important: For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their local authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for them.

When you place an international order, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery

We take great care to pack and dispatch every order promptly and securely. Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier and local customs processes. While we’re always happy to help with  tracking and assist with any shipment issues on your behalf, delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services are outside of our control.
