Refund policy

Change of mind: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, no reason needed. Contact us at psr9line@hotmail.com first. Once your return is approved, please send it back within 14 days. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service.

Condition: Items must be unused, not fitted, and in their original packaging. Parts that have been fitted, or show signs of fitting, may have their refund reduced to reflect the reduced value.

Refunds: Item price plus standard delivery cost, refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (or proof of postage).

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: Contact us with photos as soon as possible. We'll cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.

Fitment: Please check fitment before ordering, or send us your VIN/reg and we'll confirm.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
