OE-equivalent copper injector nozzle seal washers for Audi A1 and A3 1.6 TDi common-rail diesel engines (engine codes CAYA, CAYB, CAYC, CLNA). These seals sit between the injector and the cylinder head and are critical for combustion sealing, preventing blow-by (“Black Death”), and eliminating chuffing, fumes and diesel smells. Whenever an injector is removed, these must be replaced.

Note: These are the smaller 12.3mm OD washers specific to the 1.6 TDi common-rail engine — not the 15mm washers used on other VAG diesel applications. Please verify your OE part number before ordering.
