This yellow bonnet stay rod holder clip is a replacement retaining clip for the Ford Transit MK6. It is used to secure the bonnet support stay / prop rod when the bonnet is closed.
If the original clip is broken, missing or loose, the bonnet stay rod may rattle, sit out of position or risk being damaged when the bonnet is closed. This replacement clip pushes into the original mounting point and holds the rod securely in its stored position.
