Heavy Duty Tubeless Tyre Puncture Repair Kit — Car, Motorcycle & Van

A no-nonsense emergency puncture repair kit for tubeless tyres. Seals nail and screw punctures roadside or in the workshop without removing the tyre from the wheel. Compact enough for the boot, glovebox or garage shelf.

⚠️ For tubeless tyres only. Not suitable for sidewall damage, large tears, or inner tube tyres.

What's in the Kit

• 5x rubber repair strips (100mm x 8mm)
• 1x spiral reamer tool — roughens and cleans the puncture hole
• 1x insertion tool (split-eye needle) — pushes the strip into the hole
• 1x rubber sealant / cement tube — lubricant and seal assist

How to Use

1. Pull over safely — handbrake on, hazards on
2. Locate and remove the nail or screw with pliers
3. Push the spiral reamer in and out of the hole several times to clean and size it
4. Thread a repair strip halfway through the insertion tool
5. Apply rubber solution to the strip and hole
6. Push the loaded insertion tool firmly into the hole until ~10–15mm of strip remains outside
7. Pull the tool straight back out — the strip stays lodged in the tyre
8. Trim the exposed strip to 2–3mm proud of the tread
9. Re-inflate to correct pressure and check for leaks with soapy water
10. Drive gently and re-check pressure later the same day
