Instant Puncture Repair Kit – Heavy Duty Emergency Fix for Car, Motorcycle & Van

    OEM Quality Replacement Car Parts

This heavy-duty tyre puncture repair kit is designed for quick, effective roadside or workshop repairs on tubeless tyres.

Suitable for cars and motorcycles, it allows you to seal punctures caused by nails or screws without removing the tyre from the wheel.

The kit includes solid steel hand tools for durability and control, along with strong rubber repair strips and adhesive solution to create a long-lasting seal.

Ideal for emergency use or keeping in the boot, garage, or workshop.

The repair process is simple: locate the puncture, clean the hole using the rasp tool, insert a coated repair strip with the insertion tool, trim flush, then reinflate the tyre and check for leaks.

This kit is intended for tubeless tyres (Nearly all are these days) and is not suitable for sidewall damage or large tears.

    What’s in the kit.
Spiral reamer tool = roughens/cleans the hole.
Insertion tool (split-eye needle) = pushes the sticky strip in.
5 Repair strips (strings) = the actual plug.
Rubber solution (cement/lube) = helps insertion + seals.

    How to use Guide.

    Step-by-step: Plug the puncture.

    1) Make it safe
Pull over somewhere safe and flat.
    Handbrake on, hazards on.
If you’ve got one, put a warning triangle behind the car.
Find the puncture (listen for hiss, look for screw/nail).
    2) Remove the object
Use pliers to pull out the nail/screw.
Mark the hole location so you don’t lose it.
    3) Ream the hole (clean + size it)
Push the spiral reamer into the puncture hole.
Work it in and out several times (and twist) to roughen the rubber.
Leave the reamer in the hole while you prep the strip (helps stop air loss).
    4) Prep the repair strip
    Take 1 repair strip.
Thread it halfway through the insertion tool (so it’s equal both sides like a moustache).
    5) Add rubber solution
Put rubber solution on the strip, and a little into the puncture hole (or on the insertion tool).
This is both lubricant + seal assist.
    6) Insert the strip
    Remove the reamer.
Immediately push the loaded insertion tool into the hole.
Push until about 2/3 of the strip is inside and ~10–15mm (½") remains outside.
    7) Pull the tool out (leave the plug in)
Pull the insertion tool straight back out with a firm motion.
The split-eye design should release the strip and leave it lodged in the tyre.
    8) Trim the excess
Cut the exposed strip down to roughly 2–3mm proud of the tread.
Don’t cut it flush to nothing — leave a tiny bit.
    9) Inflate and check for leaks
Re-inflate to the recommended tyre pressure.
Check for leaks: Best: soapy water on the repair area — bubbles = leak.
If it bubbles, you may need to re-ream and redo with a fresh strip.
    10) Drive and re-check
Drive gently for a few miles.
Re-check tyre pressure later the same day and again the next morning.

Quick “don’t be an idiot” safety notes (said with love)
Sidewall puncture = bin it / replace tyre.
If the hole is big (like a torn chunk) this kit is not magic.
Treat this as an emergency repair unless a tyre professional confirms it’s acceptably long-term.
If you’ve got TPMS, this usually still works, but don’t ignore warnings afterwards — check pressure.
