Each set contains one grey plastic screw-mount clip and one black coated captive washer screw. The plastic clip creates the receiving point and the screw tightens into it to secure the panel, trim or cover in place.
This is an excellent alternative to many metal captive nut arrangements, especially underneath vehicles in the UK where metal clips can rust, seize and become difficult to remove after a couple of winters.
